Albany's Print Service Details

Delivery and Shipping

It is our hope to be able to provide a quality print design service and with that said shipping is a big part of that. All shipping except Special COD is currently done via UPS. When choosing a shipping option, please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by UPS. File Preparation

The customer is responsible for all art work and Albany Graphics will not take responsibility for damaged or lost artwork if you do not have backups, so be sure to have duplicates. When preparing your file it is best to start with a high resolution about 400 dpi or greater and please do not send web images such as gif, eps, or jpg. We prefer all files to be created with Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop but if you have a different application we can except a pdf. You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to Albany Graphics.

Hardcopy Proofs

It is our practice to provide a hardcopy proof on each job and after the customer approves the design and content the final product will be printed and shipped. You will receive an digital proof of the final document not a printed proof so please be sure to request a printed one if needed.

Pricing Information

We except the fallowing payment methods all payment are due at the start of contract and there are no exceptions:

Pay by credit card. Mastercard, Visa, AM Express, Discover, PayPal.

Pay by pre-pay, cash or check. Choose this option and finish your order. After you're done, we will instruct you on how to submit cash or mail your check to us.

Pay with Account: With some customers we do extend credit if you qualify a determination will be made and a response will be sent as to the available amount.
